Gos Training System ("GTS", "we", "us") provides personal training and coaching services through the GTS Members mobile app and this web dashboard. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.
Family accounts: a parent/guardian may link a youth account under their profile.
Training data: session bookings, attendance, and performance assessments recorded by your coach.
Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Optional device permissions: calendar access (to add training sessions to your calendar), photo library access (to set a profile picture), and push notifications (session reminders).

How we use it

We use this information to operate the service: scheduling sessions, processing payments, sending reminders, and giving your coach the context needed to run your program. We do not sell your personal information.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers that power the app: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and Brevo (transactional email). Each acts only on our instructions and does not use your data for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us below. Device permissions (calendar, photos, notifications) can be revoked at any time in your phone's settings.
